1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the Divine Automation website, using Luci, installing an early-access build, or using another service that references these terms, you agree to these Terms of Service and User Agreement. If you are using a service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable terms.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, order form, license agreement, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject it covers.
2. Divine Automation Services
Divine Automation provides technology consulting and implementation services that may include custom software, automation, AI systems, websites, SEO, infrastructure, cloud deployments, integrations, connected devices, security-system integration, support, and related work.
Project scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, support, ownership, and acceptance criteria may be defined in a separate proposal or agreement. Website descriptions are general descriptions and do not create a guaranteed scope or outcome for a specific project.
3. Luci
Luci is a privacy-first artificial intelligence assistant under active development. Available functions can vary by release, platform, license, device, configuration, connected provider, geographic location, and provider approval.
Luci may help organize information, generate drafts, identify tasks or commitments, prepare context, recommend actions, or execute approved workflows. Luci is an assistive system; you remain responsible for reviewing consequential actions and determining whether an output or action is appropriate for your situation.
4. Connected Accounts and Integrations
You may choose to connect third-party services to Luci through OAuth, operating-system permissions, or another provider-authorized mechanism. You authorize Luci to access only the information and permissions presented in the applicable connection flow.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the account and process the information made available to Luci. You must comply with the terms, policies, permissions, and legal requirements that apply to each connected service.
Connecting a LinkedIn account or using LinkedIn-derived functionality does not authorize scraping, circumvention, or access outside interfaces and permissions authorized by LinkedIn. LinkedIn functionality is subject to LinkedIn approval, applicable APIs, and any additional program terms.
5. Artificial Intelligence Output
AI-generated summaries, classifications, drafts, recommendations, extracted facts, relationship links, tasks, and other outputs may contain errors or omissions. You should review important output before relying on it, sending it to another person, making a material decision, or allowing a workflow to act on it.
Unless Divine Automation expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Luci is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, accounting, investment, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website, Luci, or Divine Automation services to violate law; infringe another person's rights; unlawfully access accounts, devices, systems, or data; deploy malware; conduct unlawful surveillance; bypass provider restrictions; misrepresent authorization; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
You are responsible for obtaining consent required by law or contract before recording, transcribing, monitoring, analyzing, or otherwise processing information about other people.
7. Third-Party Services
Divine Automation products and websites may interoperate with independent third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, Apple, LinkedIn, Calendly, Formspree, hosting providers, network providers, and other services selected by the user. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical restrictions.
Divine Automation is not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing an API, permission, product, account, or service.
8. Your Content and Data
As between you and Divine Automation, you retain your rights in content and data you provide, subject to any rights you separately grant to connected third-party services. You grant Divine Automation only the rights reasonably necessary to provide a service you request, operate support you initiate, or perform obligations under an applicable agreement.
Private Luci workspace information is subject to the Luci Privacy Policy. Website inquiry information is subject to the Website Privacy Policy.
9. Divine Automation Intellectual Property
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Divine Automation and its licensors retain rights in the Divine Automation and Luci names, branding, software, product designs, documentation, reusable tools, frameworks, templates, know-how, and other pre-existing or independently developed intellectual property.
Ownership and license rights for custom project deliverables may be defined separately in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.
10. Beta, Alpha, Preview, and Early-Access Software
Pre-release software may be incomplete, change substantially, contain defects, lose or alter functionality, require reinstallation, or be withdrawn. Do not use a pre-release build as the sole system of record for information you cannot afford to lose.
Public download availability shown as “Coming Soon” does not create a commitment to release a specific platform by a particular date.
11. Fees and Payment
Fees for consulting, implementation, custom project work, or other services outside the self-serve platform below are established in the applicable quote, invoice, order, or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, taxes and third-party fees may be separate.
Divine Automation Platform subscription. The self-serve Divine Automation Platform subscription (currently $15/month, as shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe) is a recurring charge that automatically renews each month and bills to your payment method on file until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. Prices shown on the Pricing page at checkout are what you will be charged; we will provide notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers, as required by law.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment, from your account's billing portal (available from the Pricing page or your dashboard) or by contacting info@divinetechautomation.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Refunds. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, including if you cancel or stop using the service partway through that period. We do not prorate partial months. This does not limit any refund right you have that cannot legally be waived.
Non-payment. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may move to a past-due or canceled status with your payment processor, and access to paid platform features will be paused or end until payment succeeds or you resubscribe.
12. Availability, Changes, and Support
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website or product functionality as reasonably necessary for development, security, provider changes, legal requirements, maintenance, or business operations. Specific service levels or support commitments apply only when agreed in writing.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public website content, pre-release Luci software, and services not covered by a separate written warranty are provided on an “as available” basis. Divine Automation does not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or appropriate for every use case.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Automation will not be liable under these public terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the public website or pre-release software. Any different liability allocation in a signed agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website or Luci and disconnect integrations at any time. Divine Automation may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material violation of these terms, nonpayment for paid services, provider requirements, or discontinuation of a product or program.
16. Governing Law
Unless another written agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as products, services, provider requirements, or laws change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the website, product, or another appropriate channel.
