1. Scope
This Website Privacy Policy applies to the public Divine Automation website and to the Divine Automation Platform (Website Manager) -- the account-based dashboard subscribers use for reports, CRM, scheduling, billing, reputation management, domain registration, and related tools. It does not replace the separate Luci Privacy Policy, which explains how the Luci application processes private workspace data and connected-account information.
2. Information We Receive
We may receive information you choose to provide through the website or Platform, including your name, email address, company, requested service, estimated budget, project timing, project details, account and billing information, business data you enter or connect (leads, contacts, scheduling, invoices, domain registrant details), and information contained in emails or other communications you send to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to requests, evaluate potential projects, schedule conversations, provide requested services, operate your Platform account and the features you use, prepare estimates or proposals, process payments, maintain business records, prevent abuse, protect the website, Platform, and our systems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell this information or use it to build a third-party advertising profile.
4. Contact Form and Formspree
The website contact form is currently submitted through Formspree. When you submit the form, the information entered into the form is transmitted to Formspree so it can deliver the inquiry to Divine Automation.
Formspree independently processes information according to its own terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not want to use the web form, you may contact us directly at info@divinetechautomation.com.
5. Scheduling and Calendly
The website provides scheduling through Calendly. Calendly may process information and technical data when you open or use its scheduling experience. The embedded scheduler is loaded only when you choose to load it on this website; you may also open Calendly in a separate tab.
Calendly independently processes information under its own Privacy Notice and service terms.
6. Platform Accounts
Creating a Divine Automation Platform account requires an email address and, if you sign up with a password, a password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). Signing in creates a session token and, for passwordless sign-in, a single-use magic-link token; both are used only to authenticate you and are not sold or used for advertising.
We store the business profile information you enter (business name, description, services, contact details) to operate features like reports, the website builder, and your public-facing generated content.
7. Payments and Stripe
Subscription and add-on payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Divine Automation does not receive or store your full card number -- Stripe's own checkout collects payment details directly and shares back only what is needed to operate your subscription (such as your email, subscription status, and a reference to your payment method, not the card number itself).
Stripe independently processes payment information under its own Privacy Policy. See the Fees and Payment section of our Terms for billing, renewal, and refund terms.
8. CRM and Business Lead Data
If you use the Platform's CRM, you may enter, import (including by CSV), or connect sources (such as a webhook or your own email inbox) that provide us with contact information about your own leads and customers -- for example, names, email addresses, and phone numbers. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide us that information and for your own compliance obligations toward your leads and customers. We process this data on your behalf, as your service provider, to operate the CRM and related features; we do not use it for our own marketing.
9. Domain Registration
If you purchase a domain through the Platform, we collect the registrant information required by the domain registry and ICANN (name, address, phone, and email), and provide it to our domain-registration provider (Microsoft Azure App Service Domains) to complete the registration. Some of this information may be publicly visible via WHOIS/RDAP lookups unless the registry or registrar offers and you select a privacy option.
10. Connected Third-Party Accounts
The Platform lets you optionally connect additional services to enable specific features -- for example, Twilio for SMS, Google Business Profile for review management, and your own email account for CRM reply detection. You authorize these connections yourself, and only the access you grant is used, solely to provide the feature you enabled. Each connected provider also independently processes information under its own privacy policy. Disconnecting a service in your account settings stops further use of that connection.
11. Technical and Hosting Data
Our hosting, security, network, or service providers (including Microsoft Azure, which hosts the website, Platform, and associated data storage) may automatically process technical information needed to serve and protect the website and Platform, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, error information, and security-related request data.
14. Retention
We retain website inquiries, Platform account data, and related business communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, provide the Platform, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, secure our systems, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. If you cancel your subscription or close your account, we retain your data only as long as reasonably necessary for those same purposes before deletion or de-identification.
15. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may ask us to provide information about personal information we maintain about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or disconnect any third-party account connected to your Platform account at any time from your account settings. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, contractual, or legal reasons.

16. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website, Platform, and the information we maintain. No website, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
17. Children
This website and Platform are directed to businesses and adults seeking technology services and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
18. External Links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Website Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the website, Platform, service providers, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date above identifies the current version.
