Luci for Recruiting

Keep the relationship context recruiters normally have to hold in their head.

Luci is being built to help recruiters organize candidate conversations, resumes, interviews, follow-ups, commitments, schedules, and communication into a private context layer that gets more useful as the relationship develops.

The problem

Recruiting data is fragmented across tools, tabs, and conversations.

A résumé is in one place. Email is somewhere else. LinkedIn is another source. Interview notes live in a document. The calendar knows when you spoke, but not what mattered. The result is repetitive work and relationship context that depends too heavily on memory.

Candidate People records

Build a living record around each person using information the user is authorized to process: role history, conversations, notes, resumes, meetings, tasks, and follow-ups.

Conversation intelligence

Identify topics, questions, concerns, decisions, commitments, and next actions without reducing the relationship to a generic CRM note.

Resume + relationship context

Keep the candidate’s documented experience connected to what they actually discussed with you across calls, emails, and interviews.

Follow-up tracking

Surface promised callbacks, requested information, candidate questions, pending introductions, and messages that still need attention.

Interview preparation

Prepare a concise brief showing previous conversations, relevant resume context, open concerns, commitments, and questions to resolve.

Meaningful drafting

Draft communication using the actual relationship context rather than filling placeholders in a canned template — with review before sending.

A better workflow

From incoming message to organized next step.

1

Connect

Authorize supported email, calendar, contacts, files, or recruiting sources.

2

Understand

Luci extracts people, topics, commitments, tasks, and relationship context.

3

Prepare

Before the next interaction, Luci surfaces the most relevant history and unresolved items.

4

Act

Draft, schedule, organize, or execute a bounded workflow with the appropriate approval.

LinkedIn and third-party sources

Provider approval comes first.

Luci does not scrape LinkedIn. LinkedIn capabilities are offered only through interfaces, APIs, permissions, and programs authorized by LinkedIn when those capabilities are available to Luci. The same principle applies to other third-party services.
